Consultation only
If you have strong ideas, but want to be sure you are not going to make costly mistakes, a consultation may help. This is usually two – three hours discussing what will work best, what materials and plants to use, and how to make the most of your budget.
Site Survey
Before you can plan accurately, a site survey will be needed. Usually Mary does this herself, but if required she can arrange for a surveyor to do this. The plan will be to scale and show all the features which are going to need consideration in your design.
Design Only
Mary will create an outline plan for the layout of the garden, including all hard and soft landscaping features. When you are happy with this, she can provide detailed construction drawings for your contractor to build the garden.
Full garden installation
Using professional contractors, Mary can arrange for your garden to be built to exceedingly high standards, taking away the hassles of major construction, so you can relax and watch the work happen around you.
Planting Plans
Harmonising plans which will take account of the type of soil and aspect you have, so that plants thrive. When the plans are complete Mary can source/position and plant for you at a discounted price if you wish.
Maintenance Guides
Mary will provide information for you, to ensure that you know how to look after your garden once you have invested in its creation.
